2. Pay NO Surprise Fees
Many booth builders do not explicitly include the material handling, installation, and dismantling fees on the invoice. Then they never dismantle and remove the booth from the convention center at the end of the show.
This results in hefty surprise charges from the show organizer who has to dismantle and remove your booth and pay overtime for the labor. These surprise fees can add 30-40% to your invoice.
